At Zouk, we strive to ensure you love your handcrafted purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all tags to be eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal within 7 days of delivery and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is submitted, please upload clear images of the product to ensure it is in its original, pristine condition for our team to review.

  Reverse Pickup

  After approval, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your doorstep within 48-72 hours; please ensure the product is securely packed.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a final quality check, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
